George had studied Oenology & Beverage Technology at the University of West Attica, member of the researching team focusing on fermentation with cryo-resistant yeasts. He had worked as a chief oenologist of wineries in Central Greece for seven years, while his career also included notable experience in restaurant management and wine sales.  He joined Domaine Sigalas in 2021. During his free time, George is a volunteer mountain rescuer and loves Muay Thai training.
